Spunhill's field-based agronomists provide technical advice on crop and seed choice, fertiliser applications and integrated crop management.

Spunhill also conducts field trials each year for crops such as maize, wheat and barley, to evaluate variety and product performance under the typical weather conditions of the local area. Open days are held at which visitors can see for themselves how different varieties are performing.
